All of these (with the exception of the four Kin/Ryuuta ones from screencaps) were made from screencaps from fan-made videos I found on NicoNico Douga. Thus all the source links will lead to NicoNico, and you need an account there to view them. Getting an account isn't hard, though, just google "Register for NicoNico" and a couple of tutorials should pop up. Of course being able to view/type Japanese characters is almost a requirement for using NicoNico. :3

Okay, I have news that's both good and bad at the same time.

From now on I'll be posting all of my Den-O fics in a community: deependstudios 

This is not because I don't like this journal. It's because my two roommates wanted a place to post their Den-O drawings. Originally they started drawing things that were inspired by my fics. Then they started drawing bribes for me to write fics. (That's where any of the fics that I preface with "I was bribed to write this..." came from).

Recently we started playing a drinking game (a really nerdy one, lol) where we basically throw the names of the entire cast of Den-O in a hat and pick out two for a pairing, roll dice to see whether we have to write gen, fluff or smut for the pairing, and then whoever isn't writing or drawing has to come up with a prompt. It's not so much a drinking game as it is a game with drinking involved, but oh well.

Anyway, I'll start posting their soon and hopefully they'll be posting their art there soonish too. So go join if you want to. And if anybody wants to post fics/artwork, just message me either on this journal or artikgato  and ask for posting access. Anybody friended to this journal gets automatic comm-joining rights if they want, but after that I'll try to make sure everybody that joins is over 18. ^^;

I might still post fics here for a little while, who knows. =3

In this post, you can pretty clearly see how my icon-making style has evolved. I made the Full Moon icons around two years ago - that's why they seem a little duller color-wise in comparison to the other icons, and also why *all* of them have text.

The Tutu icons I made a couple of months ago. Stylistically, they're the strongest of the three batches in my opinion, and a good portion of them have text. This is probably due to the fact that Princess Tutu is a more stylistic series and like Full Moon has a lot to do about music.

As for the Soul Eater icons, I made two of them (the first two) about a week ago, and the others ranging from weeks to months ago. None of them have text but a few of them are some of my more inventive icons, the Spirit icon especially.

So hi. I'm artikgato and this is my alternate writing/drabbles/smut-posting LJ, so I don't spam my f-list with...well, MORE randomness than I already do.

This was totally going to be an RP account for one of my favorite characters, Eruka Frog from Soul Eater. But I couldn't find a good RP to play her in so I decided that I'd rather not waste a perfectly good journal. I like the name. =3

I have a fanfiction.net account: http://www.fanfiction.net/u/240179/ArtikGato. However, most everything I have posted over there sucks is pretty old, with a few exceptions. There's a lot of sappy-dappy romance and comedy fics posted on there. I used to write a lot of Digimon, Inuyasha and FFVII (Yuffentine) fics. Now all I write is yaoi. xD
